Cancellation Policy
As part of our policy, we kindly request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Here are the details of our policy: Refund Policy: 1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund of the service fee. 2. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will be charged. 3. No-shows without any prior notice will result in the full-service fee being charged, and no refund will be issued. 4. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days from the cancellation date. 5. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
